After Gary Ablett Charlie Adam would be the first player to join Everton. He has been a flop at Anfield in his last season.

Moyes was keen on bringing his fellow countryman to Goodison before Liverpool snapped him up by Kenny Dalglish.

It is in rumor that a deal of 5 million would take him away from Anfield.

In 27 appearances in Premier League last season he produced 7 assists and 2 goals but he may not be able to fit himself in the Tiki Taka strategy of Brendan Rodgers.
